Washington University to Welcome Ayessha Sayyad this Fall, Carver Early College Salutatorian

Throughout high school, Ayeesha Sayyad has achieved academic excellence. She has also excelled in extra-curricular activities by participating in the National Honor Society, Upendo Jaja, and the National BETAClub.

Carver Early College provides a rigorous academic environment with an opportunity to complete up to 60 hours of college credit while still in high school.

Ayeesha plans to attend the Washington University in St. Louis, where she will study biology, and ultimately pursue a career in medicine.

She thanks her family, friends, teachers and school administrators for supporting and guiding her over the past four years.

Her career goal is to become a Neonatal Surgeon.
